SICK DUES REQUESTS

All sick dues requests are processed through General Committee 2. When on leave, please visit the below form once a month to ensure your sick dues are paid thru GC2.

Please note that GC2 will cover sick dues for a total of 6 months - any additional sick dues payments must be made directly to the International.
